Personal Lines Account Manager

Position Overview

Well-established agency seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients while assisting with insurance-related tasks and office operations. This position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and answer incoming calls with prompt, professional assistance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyal
  • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal
  • Provide customers with additional information about about new products and services
  • Quote insurance products and market carriers.
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding premiums, coverage options, and policy details.
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to build client relationships and promote agency products.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and agency management software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
