As a Cleaner at Summit Building Services, Inc., you will be an essential part of our team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial environments. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional service and ensuring a pristine atmosphere for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor maintenance to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with construction clean-up projects as needed.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles preferred.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with environmental services is a plus but not required.
