Duties
- Clean and maintain designated areas including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing floors.
- Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms to ensure availability.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies throughout the facility.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols while performing custodial duties to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
