Job Skills / Requirements
We currently have an opening for a project technician window cleaner. You'd be working 30-40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday during the day shift. Weekends are required. The pay is $19.50 per hour to start, plus mileage and travel time.
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check.
- Assists District Manger in Special Projects
- Fogging Disinfection Service
- Window Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Stripping & Waxing
- Construction Cleanups
- Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
- Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Assists District Manager in covering call offs.
- Assists Office Manager with laundry.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
