Full time open position in our Ludlow location for a LPN to work one on one with a special needs student. "
Perform nursing duties as directed by RN school nurse including but not limited to G-Tube feeds, dressing changes, and toileting duties "
Attend and participate in required training programs, staff meetings, and online training "
Student de-escalation and restraining as deemed necessary "
Treat all children with dignity and respect "
Promote independence and integration of the child to whom the LPN is assigned to "
Display the highest ethical and professional behavior in working with the students, parents, co-workers, other school personnel and members of the community "
Punctuality and full attendance regularly "
Understand and abide by all safety provision "
Maintain confidentially "
Report and record information daily on observations including discipline, accidents, inappropriate social behavior "
Communicate information to appropriate personnel for actions taken "
Serve as a role model for students & staff in demonstrating positive attitudes, appropriate attire and grooming, & an effect work ethic
