Key Responsibilities of the Regional Outside Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to track performance, manage pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide regular reports to leadership, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand our network.
Qualifications Regional Outside Sales Manager:
- 3-10 years of leadership experience, ideally in the staffing industry or an adjacent field (e.g., business services, payroll, HR, etc.).
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing successful teams.
- Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, to manage leads, track sales activities, and measure success.
- A proactive, aggressive, yet professional approach to sales, with a strong desire to achieve results.
- A growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
