Duties:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for the children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

Experience:

- Previous experience working with young children in a child care setting is preferred.
- Experience in caregiving, nannying, or babysitting is beneficial.
- Strong classroom management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus.

We are looking for dedicated and reliable teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess strong classroom management skills. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
