Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist in the execution of construction tasks, including but not limited to site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project implementation.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Requirements
- Must have experience with IMP (insulated metal panel) walls.
- Experience with IMP (insulated metal panel) roof is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
- Capability to supervise tasks effectively when required.
