Duties:

- Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular safety trainings
- Train new team members
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and productivity
