Summit Communities LLC is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team in Aurora, CO.

Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of rental units. Coordinating with the leasing team in all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to: Application processing, paperwork processing, pre-move in apartment inspections, resident retention activities, and lease renewal process.
Primary responsibilities:
- Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs & follow-up
- Effectively follow up on all prospective traffic by telephone, email, or letter.
- Tour the apartment community and vacant apartments with prospects and knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
- Qualify clients by determining their needs, eligibility, and desirability.
- Understands the company's application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures and is able to explain these items to existing and prospective residents.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous disposition.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leasing is preferred but not required.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using electronic mail and internet applications.
- Valid driver's license and transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to work full-time.
- Available to work on Saturdays.
