Summit Communities, LLC is looking for a Full-Time Groundskeeper to join our amazing team in Thornton, CO.

Responsibilities:
- Lawn maintenance includes cutting grass trimming, blowing, and general sprinkler repair.
- Snow shoveling during winter months Perform maintenance to ensure community areas are in proper condition.
- Build and maintain valuable resident relationships by exploring opportunities to improve the maintenance needs of the community grounds and facilities.
- Use established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with community manager approval.
- Remove and dispose of garbage on community grounds, in common areas, and at the entrance to maintain appearance standards.
- Advise the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of their excess garbage or have large or bulky items that may require pickup arrangements.
- Perform seasonal pre-maintenance service on a timely basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and other equipment.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
This role may have physical demands, including but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
