We currently have an opening for a Senior Data Scientist to lead model validations of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models. The successful candidate will critically evaluate AI / ML models identify test procedures and implement ideas to validate modeling and analytical capabilities both as a hands-on individual contributor and as an internal and external advocate of best practices.

Minimum Technical Requirements :

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field plus minimum 6 years' experience.
• Extensive statistical programming experience in R or Python.
• Knowledgeable (or expert level) in AI / ML and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with the model validation process and / or model oversight practices.
• Expertise in econometrics preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly preferred experience with AWS Cloud services. Prior experience in validating model methodologies and exposure to model risk management standards and regulatory framework.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in model risk management or a related field. Demonstrated experience in modeling, with a focus on AI / ML / GenAI.
• Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, R, or C .
