Primary Duties :
- Calendar Management :
Coordinate and manage a complex calendar.
Schedule meetings and prioritize appointments to optimize the executive's time.
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and memos for the executive and team.
Serve as a point of contact for communications with direct reports and external stakeholders at the executive level.
Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes.
Track and oversee progress on key projects and initiatives.
Assist with the organization and coordination of podcasts and related marketing efforts.
Provide research and support for various projects as needed.
Qualifications : Experience :
5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, in consulting, law, or a federal agency environment.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Attributes :
High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with a proactive approach. Comfort with remote tools and technologies (e.g., Zoom, project management software).
