We are hiring a Building Sales Representative for our Northern South Dakota Region located out of our Pierre, SD office.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your knowledge of Summit’s products and services to connect with customers and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers.
- Presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyzing market potential and territory opportunities.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Providing management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
You will work toward agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes while managing your schedule effectively. Success in this role requires attention to detail, initiative, results-driven performance, and alignment with Summit Contracting’s culture and core values.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a sales representative.
