EMIS Coordinator-5 hrs per day (222 days), WATERLOO LOCAL SCHOOLS

Qualifications
? Certified EMIS Professional (CEP) preferred, or equivalent experience in Education Management Information Systems (EMIS).
? High school diploma required; an advanced degree in data processing, education, or information systems is a plus.
? Strong knowledge of EMIS reporting, student data management, and state compliance.
? Proficient in automated data processing systems, including DASL/Student Information Systems, payroll integration, and scheduling software.
? Ability to interpret, communicate, and apply EMIS guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE).
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with district staff, parents, and external agencies.
? Demonstrates confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical integrity.
? Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple data reporting cycles.
? Maintains a clean criminal record and meets all mandated health screening requirements following a conditional job offer.
