What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Assembler position at Summit Custom Cabinets LLC?
Summit Cabinets is looking for assembly technicians to help support our operations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, hard-working and capable of completing assignments in a timely manner. This is an entry level position, so while we're looking for individuals who have experience working on equipment similar to what we use it is not required, as well as a desire to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble cabinets using a specified sequence.
- Be able to use your hands and eyes to check the quality of the products.
- Be able to inspect parts for quality.
- Learn new assembly techniques quickly.
- Be able to troubleshoot assembly problems.
- Be able to accurately read a tape measure
- Read and understand cabinet drawings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
