What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Summit Custom Cabinets LLC?
Job Responsibilities:
· Complete cabinet installations and repair, replace or adjust cabinets
· Install trim/crown and hardware
· Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, quality and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
· Maintain job site cleanliness
· Provide quality improvement in field pertaining to installations and repairs
· Support Service Management to identify and initiate work processes to streamline efficiency
*Company will provide service vehicle and base tools required*
Qualifications:
· Highschool Diploma/GED
· Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Pass Administered Drug Test
· Minimum 1-year experience as a cabinet service technician/ installer
Read tape measure to 1/32” and read cabinet drawings
· General understanding of new home construction industry and related trades
· Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills and work ethic with a problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently and multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
