Who We're Looking For:
- Professionals with extensive experience (15-20 years) in overseeing multi-family, hospitality, and commercial construction projects, ideally having led multiple projects exceeding $75 million.
- Individuals who have successfully managed multi-family projects with significant budgets and have expertise in areas such as wood framing for residential buildings, cold-formed metal framing, and structural elevated concrete.
- Leaders with a solid track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project execution skills.
- Familiarity with the Austin area is a big plus.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects proceed according to schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and equipment, and enforce job site safety and quality control.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage schedules, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
- Engage in project meetings and communication with the project team, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining professional standards and company representation.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of construction supervision with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and a history of completing mid-rise and high-rise buildings, adaptive reuse, and urban infill projects on schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and familiarity with construction management software like Procore.
- High school diploma is required; additional education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
