Join Summit Energy as an Administrative Assistant – Office Support , where you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service while supporting day-to-day office operations. As the first point of contact for our sales representatives, visitors, and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and candidates in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and postal mail to the appropriate departments.
- Manage office supplies, team apparel inventory, and marketing collateral.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing Solar Guides.
- Assist Solar Guides (our 1099 sales team) with administrative tasks and process support, such as getting them onboarded in our systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle related documentation.
- Provide office upkeep to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the Event Planning Committee on company events and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Travel to other office locations on occasion for additional support
