Job Summary
The position of Customer Service Product Specialist will be responsible for acting as a customer account advocate and product specialist by working effectively with internal team members to provide excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of professionalism with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. This position reports directly to our Director of Acquisitions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate registration for all new vehicles with the State of Utah
· Coordinate unregistering sold vehicles in State of Utah
· Knowledge of IRP plating and straight plating and requirement differences
· Maintain all plating numbers and types accurate in Salesforce
· Maintain DOT numbers and registration with a DOT number, DOT related weight changes and appropriate invoicing
· Maintain accurate activation information through Fleet Complete and research and solve customer issues
· Maintain XM Radio and Wi-Fi for Flex Fleet vehicles
· Monthly audit of Fleet Complete and add on services such as XM Radio and Wi-Fi to ensure invoicing is accurate
· Subject matter expert with DOT, Fleet Complete, XM Radio, Wi-Fi, fleet of trucks and provides customer and company training and answering questions on each subject
· Serve as a back up to the CEM team when needed
· Other projects as directed
Qualifications/Skills
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and self-management skills
· Organized with attention to detail
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and interact with all levels of the organization
· Excellent at time management
· Team player
· Ability to perform well in a high stress environment
· Willingness to learn internal software
Education and/or Experience
· College degree required
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· 2-3 years of experience in an office/customer service environment
