Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in product design, fashion merchandising or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of industry knowledge and experience, preferably in Men's apparel.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable alongside a small staff with a "no task is too minor" belief.
- Exceptional time management skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented, with a positive & flexible viewpoint. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- Good working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite, specifically Illustrator.
- Excellent color sense and willingness to learn to communicate bulk comments / approvals.
