POSITION OVERVIEW : Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located 30 quick miles from Madison, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Embroidery Logo Support associate. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Our brands can be found at over 3,000 accounts in more than 25 countries.
POSITION SUMMARY : The Logo Support Associate, under the direction of the Logo Support Manger, will utilize Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft suite of products to complete samples and orders for customer's logoed apparel. Serves as a representative of Summit Golf Brands, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of SGB. No experience is necessary; we are willing to train!
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Embroider new logos for testing
- Prepare embroidered swatches for approval
- Maintain workflow list and ensure all logos are completed by the time frame established
- Maintain up-to-date records of all embroidery designs and orders
- Other tasks assigned by manager
