The Mental Health Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the efficient delivery of mental health services. This role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing patient records, handling scheduling, and addressing any operational issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Patient and Staff Coordination:
- Coordinate with staff to schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar for mental health professionals.
- Coordinate and communicate with patients regarding their appointments, insurance, and billing.
- Financial Management:
- Handle billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.
- Track and manage office expenses and budget.
- Assist with financial reporting and audits.
- Records Management:
- Coordinate with staff to maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure proper documentation and filing of patient information and other important documents.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Manage staff schedules and time-off requests.
- Address any staff-related concerns and facilitate communication between staff and management.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Resolve patient issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
