We're looking for an experienced RN with MDS expertise who’s ready to elevate performance, lead teams, and ensure compliance with evolving CMS regulations.
What You'll Do:
Support and guide our facility MDS teams across Central & Southern IL
Provide training, education, and real-time consultation
Monitor and ensure MDS accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards
Lead audits and identify opportunities for clinical improvement
Stay ahead of CMS updates and help facilities implement changes
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to deliver the best in resident care
Who You Are:
Registered Nurse (RN) with active Illinois license
2 years of MDS experience (Coordinator or Consultant)
Strong communicator and natural educator
Deep understanding of current and evolving guidelines
Comfortable traveling between facilities regularly
