Summit Healthcare Services is a multi-continuum service provider dedicated to providing high-quality care and individualized healthcare to the aging population that empowers them to live a longer, healthier life.
We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and results-driven Community Liaison/Marketer with a strong Home Health/Hospice background to help us build relationships, increase brand awareness, and grow our patient base.
Job Summary:
The Community Liaison/Marketer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential referral sources. This role involves outreach, networking, and strategic marketing efforts to promote our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with local physicians, hospitals, senior centers, community groups, and other referral sources and explaining the services Summit Healthcare Provides.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services.
- Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
- Educate potential patients, families, and partners about the benefits of our services.
- Track and analyze referral data to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or sales. Home Health and Hospice required .
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local healthcare networks and referral processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and social media marketing.
- Reliable transportation for travel within the community.
