The Nursing Manager ensures that the health care needs of clients are met, that their staff is trained in policies and procedures, and remain in compliance with the most current assisted living regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered in the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.
- Must have a valid driver’s license. Driving may be necessary.
- Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs. or more and to meet all physical requirements related to this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with senior adults; knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs and concerns of the senior population.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
