Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered care with compassion and respect to individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will provide safe, engaging, and meaningful opportunities to individuals in their homes and communities.
Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Responsibilities
- Support individuals to obtain skills for daily living
- Encourage independence through personalized plans of care
- Support individuals with recreational activities in the community
- Nurture social and communication skills
- Strengthen independence
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications
Pay : $17 - $19 an hour
