Summit Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Passaic County, NJ to work with special need’s student in a 1:1 capacity during their day at school and during their transportation to and from school on the school bus.
School PDN nurse Responsibilities
The nurse will accompany the patient throughout their day at school
Provide comprehensive medical assessment according to nursing practice standards
Monitor and administer medication(s) and give treatment(s) if needed
Respond to and assess emergency health needs of students
Ensure the safety of the child
Documentation of daily activity
