Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule in-person or telehealth nursing visits with patients.
- Communicate with nurses to arrange and maximize their schedules
- Train patients in telehealth methods and troubleshoot their telehealth connection
- Maintain an accurate log of all caregiver and client communications.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
