Summit Home Health Care is seeking a full time Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist .
Salary $60,000 to $95,000 per Year depending on Experience, Plus a productivity Bonus Structure
Job Responsibilities of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist :
- Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
- Develop new referral sources in the community
- Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
- Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
- Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
