Summit Home Care is currently hiring New York State Registered Nurses to perform in-home UAS Assessments in the Bronx and Manhattan. Training will be provided. We currently have multiple opportunities for per diem earning fee for service. We are currently paying $145 to $160 per UAS assessment depending on the contract.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse RN
- Assess eligibility of Medicaid members in need of managed long-term care using a comprehensive web-based system.
- Conduct initial and annual assessments remotely, according to state guidelines, policies and protocols.
- Consult with health care providers, and review medical records and medications to support assessment outcomes.
- Review and revise assessments as necessary based on company policy.
