Summit Home Care is currently hiring New York State Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home UAS Assessments in all five boroughs of New York City but SPECIFICALLY IN THE BRONX. Training will be provided. We are currently paying $145 per in-home UAS assessment but you must commit to completing 15 UAS assessments per week .
Responsibilities of the RN
- Assess eligibility of Medicaid members in need of managed long-term care using a comprehensive web-based system.
- Conduct initial and annual assessments remotely, according to state guidelines, policies and protocols.
- Consult with health care providers, and review medical records and medications to support assessment outcomes.
- Review and revise assessments as necessary based on company policy.
