Overview: Summit Home Care is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides and In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support to clients throughout the Twin Cities metro area. This part-time/per diem role offers flexibility and independence, with daily visits scheduled between 7am and 7pm. Caregivers typically assist clients in their homes for 1-3 hours per visit, with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement provided between client locations.

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with older adult clients through consistent, supportive care
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other personal care tasks
- Perform light housekeeping and help with daily activities to maintain a safe environment
- Document each visit using an e-documentation system on your smartphone
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old with valid U.S. work authorization
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area
