What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Manager/Supervisor position at Summit Home Health Care?
Summit Home Health Care is seeking the right individuals to visit our caregivers in the field and give us an honest report of how they are doing. Previous experience in home care is not required.
Job Requirements:
Visits to be completed in 5 boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

- Must possess a current, valid NYS Drivers license and car
- Must speak fluent English AND fluent Spanish
- Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization
- Recent Physical
- TB Screening (Quantiferon required)
- Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
- Drug Screen
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Able to function independently with minimum supervision
