What We’re Looking For
- A licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Texas.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for patient care and a team-oriented approach.
- Experience in home health (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home health settings, ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
