Licensed Jr. Loan Officers – No Experience? No Problem!

Got your NMLS license but no experience ? Or maybe you took a break and want back in? We’ve got you covered! This is an accelerated training program 30-90 days max in this role to complete all training and learning tasks to advance to our Senior Loan Officer position.

We provide :

  • Sharpen your skills – Learn mortgage products & pass your NMLS (we’ll cover it!).
  • Turn NOs into YESes – We’ll show you how to convert leads into deals.

    • Qualifications :

  • People person with strong communication skills.
  • Coachable, driven, and eager to learn.
  • Sales or telemarketing experience? Big plus!
