Responsibilities and Duties:

• Daily management of the field staff
• Major Projects management and assistance
• Quality Control and Summit Standards enforcer
• Evaluate work and personal schedules to maximize efficiency
• Warehouse/Inventory management
• Provide feedback, coaching, and ongoing technical and communication training to increase performance.
• Review of service tickets to ensure all field technicians adhere to procedural standards of reporting and documentation. In addition to verify that opportunities for sales have been taken full advantage of
• Conduct work evaluations, job site surveys and ride along with technicians
• Assist dispatch in ensuring the appropriate technician for the type of service, ensure accurate dispatch, arrival and completion times.
• Oversee all safety reporting

Qualifications:

• Past management experience preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
• Highschool Educations or Beyond
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
• Able to go into hot attic spaces, crawl spaces, stairs, etc.
• Outgoing and personable attitude with the willingness to learn and grow
• Team Player and Positive Attitude
