Duties

- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new offerings.
- Assist customers with order processing, including cash handling when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with client services standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Previous experience in sales or client services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
