REPORTS TO : FOOD & BEVERAGE / OPERATIONS / ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
JOB TYPE : PART-TIME WEEKEND POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Summary : As a Bartender for the Hotel Division of Summit Hospitality Group, you hold an essential position responsible for preparing alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks for guests according to specified recipes. The Bartender will use standard / corporate measuring systems. He or She will issue, open, and serve wine / champagne bottles / beer / mixed drinks. This is a very visible position at the hotel. The person filling this role is an ambassador of all the core values of Summit Hospitality Group where "Service is the Ultimate Amenity".
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or banquet facilities with high volume and active serving environments.
- Exceptional people-pleasing orientation.
- Strong professional and personal work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, train others, and develop and maintain positive work relationships with Banquet Manager and Banquet Servers.
