Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Principal Rust Software Engineer to support our fully virtual client. This position has an exciting opportunity to support a highly-funded startup with some of the best engineers in the industry. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

Requirements :

  • Must have hands-on experience with technical leadership specifically defining project structure and deliverables, design & architecture, leading projects, technical documentation, mentoring, and coding reviews.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coding with Rust in a professional environment.
  • Must have recent experience working in a startup environment.

Desired :

  • Highly preferred experience with one of the following : OAuth, SAML, JWT, PKI
  • Cloud experience (any cloud provider)

    • Responsibilities :

  • Leading a team of 4 software engineers.
  • Leading projects, Defining project structure, Code Reviews, Mentoring, Technical Documentation
  • Delivering software at a high-level and being hands-on 70% of the time
