- 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile framework
- Experience facilitating Scrum process across multiple teams
- Must have worked as an Business Analyst or Scrum Master in Software Development, Cloud, or Data Engineering and have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process
- Agile coaching experience
- Experience working in AWS environments
- Guide and coach cross-functional teams to excellence
- Facilitate team meetings and scrum ceremonies
- Protect the team from distractions and interruptions
- Responsible for collaborating with other Agilists and Scrum Masters to maintain established portfolio level Jira guidelines
- Coaching and servant leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple product teams within a portfolio or system
