Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated hybrid-remote NOC Analyst to join our team supporting a federal program! The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check/obtain Public Trust.
- Ability to be on-site in Washington, DC once per week.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar/related study.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience in an operations center environment working with network monitoring and tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with network monitoring/management tools such as Spectrum.
- Ability to provide after-hours or weekend support if needed.
- Previous federal government experience and/or existing Public Trust or clearance.
- Networking and/or cybersecurity certifications.
- Join a dynamic team providing on-site (Washington, DC) and remote NOC support for a federal government program.
- Work independently and with team members to manage and monitor network performance.
- Utilize Spectrum as the main network monitoring/management tool.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and government stakeholders.
- Analyze network incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve.
- Provide documentation of monitoring best practices, troubleshooting procedures, and SOP creation.
