- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as Project Manager / Scrum Master utilizing agile frameworks.
- Proven experience driving application-based projects within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle process.
- Demonstrated expertise using agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
- Proficient with Jira and/or other Project Management tracking tools.
- PMP, SAFe, or CSM Certifications
- Lead and facilitate the agile development process and help teams continue to evolve their approach and reach their goals.
- Working alongside multiple Software Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Leadership to drive internal applications through the Software Development Life Cycle process.
