Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Pay : $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Commission & Bonuses.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm

What You Will Be Doing :

Service, maintenance and repair on residential HVAC systems

Delivering excellent customer service to our customers

Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor

Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs

Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training

Qualifications / Skills :

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

3 years of HVAC service experience or combination of education and experience

EPA Universal Certification

Experience consulting with customers on repairs

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

High school diploma or equivalent

Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired, but not required

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and MVR upon being given a conditional offer of employment
