Summit Anaheim currently has an open position for Lamination Utility Operator (3rd shift). Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF / Microwave applications.
Position Summary : Understanding Summit Traveler concerning Tool numbers and Work Order numbers. Using stack-up sheet for accountability of all inner layers to be oxided.
Operation of oxide machine. Confirmation of etch rate / speed from the lab for running rigid or flex inner-layers. Filling out log of number of inner-layers and tool number.
Baking inner layers after oxide run. Using Paradigm to release inner-layers to production, and complete panels. Load / unload press and break down books, Flash route and edge finish panels.
Move panels to next department.
Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.

Responsibilities :
- Process inner layers for lamination and press unload and break down of books.
- Ensure quality.
- Performs other department or company-related tasks at the direction of the department Lead.
Education / Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year prior industry experience.
- Basic mathematical and reasoning ability required.
Physical Demands :
- This position requires the individual to perform for the entire shift while standing.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must have very good concentration.
