From English learners, multilingual students, bilingual students and dual language learners who are struggling to read or write, Summit K12’s online, standards-based supplemental curriculum will close gaps and ensure growth for all students.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure the system operates efficiently, supports business needs, and provides a seamless user experience. This role involves configuring the Salesforce environment, managing user access, maintaining data integrity, and supporting integration with other systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Salesforce Administration :
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, custom fields, and object relationships.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Handle user account setup, role assignments, and security settings.
2. Data Management :
Oversee data imports, exports, and updates while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.Perform regular data audits and deduplication efforts.Develop and enforce best practices for data governance and usage.3. User Support and Training :
Provide end-user support, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices.Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to maximize adoption and proficiency.Create and maintain documentation for system processes, policies, and user guides.4. Customization and Development :
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with developers to implement advanced customizations and integrations.Manage Salesforce AppExchange applications and third-party integrations.5. Reporting and Analytics :
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to provide actionable insights.Support management in leveraging Salesforce data for decision-making and strategic planning.6. System Updates and Enhancements :
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and proactively implement new features.Test and deploy Salesforce updates while ensuring minimal disruption to users.Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.Requirements :
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2. Experience :
2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Process Builder, and Flow.3. Certifications :
Salesforce Administrator Certification required.Advanced Administrator Certification or additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.4. Skills :
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.Proficiency in managing permissions, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user training and collaboration.5. Location :
This role is hybrid, requiring regular in-office work based in Austin, TX.Candidates must be willing and able to travel occasionally to our office in Allen, TX, as needed.ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience with Salesforce integrations using tools like MuleSoft or APIs.Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized modules.Experience with Agile project management methodologies.Experience in the education or educational technology (EdTech) industry is a plus.
