From English learners, multilingual students, bilingual students and dual language learners who are struggling to read or write, Summit K12’s online, standards-based supplemental curriculum will close gaps and ensure growth for all students.
Summit K12 is seeking Instructional Support Specialists with experience in teaching, coaching, or school leadership to join our national Professional Development Team. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of language development. The Instructional Coach will provide onsite and online high-quality professional development for teachers and leaders who are implementing our Summit K12 Connect to Literacy solution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in teaching, coaching, leadership, curriculum knowledge, professional development delivery, and a deep understanding of instructional strategies and pedagogy to support English learners. The goal is to empower teachers and school leaders to effectively implement evidence-based practices aligned to our solutions, thereby nurturing an environment conducive to student success.
Territory: The ideal candidate must currently reside in the state of Texas, with a preference for candidates located in the following areas: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Austin, The Rio Grande Valley, or San Antonio. Candidates from other regions in Texas may also be considered.
