Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist in CRM management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation efforts, including prospecting and outreach.
- Engage in cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Track and analyze sales and outreach performance to optimize strategies.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
Hourly Rate: $12 - $14 per hour depending on previous experience
