The Recruiter/Trainer will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and designing, developing, and delivering training programs. This dual role requires a balance of recruiting skills to identify and acquire top talent and training expertise to ensure new hires and existing employees receive effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Training:
- Design, implement, and deliver engaging onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Create training materials and resources that align with company policies and job requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring all employees are well-prepared for their roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to new employees during their transition period.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
