We are currently looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to assist Rent-to-Own customers in bringing past due accounts current through negotiation and skilled communication. Account Managers are required to maintain exceptional customer service in high-stress situations, maintain professionalism at all times, and have a willingness to learn in order to bring the best outcomes to the company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Maintain exceptional customer service
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers.
- Solid computer experience.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
